Extensive experience in business advisory and consultancy.
My professional career has primarily focused on legal advisory, starting in a law firm practicing traditional law and later, for more than twenty years, serving as a lawyer and legal advisor in the financial sector, holding senior positions in Legal Advisory and Regulatory Compliance departments.
I have accumulated extensive experience in advisory and consultancy in the financial and insurance sector, which has provided me with solid knowledge in the business field.
As a lawyer specialized in financial law and a member of the Andorra Bar Association, I have represented clients before the courts in various contentious proceedings while carrying out business consultancy and advisory tasks.
Moreover, my passion for this profession and an innate curiosity to understand the human being led me to expand my knowledge through a more humanistic approach, which has provided an integral vision to my professional career.
I am also an Equality Agent. This role involves coordinating, promoting, implementing, and managing projects and positive action campaigns, considering equal opportunities and gender equality in different professional fields and scenarios. My goal is to combine justice in equality issues with my experience in financial law, thus seeking a balance between both aspects in my professional career.
Towards Law with a Gender Perspective
Due to my innate curiosity about everything related to people and understanding their motivations and concerns, I decided to study Humanities.
This moment marks a turning point in my professional career, as I became particularly interested in defending people’s rights, especially focusing on gender inequalities to fight against cases of discrimination, harassment, and gender-based violence. It is during this period that I became an Equality Agent, expanding my training with a strong gender perspective, including in matters of gender and domestic violence.
